INGREDIENTS:

3 bottles Henry Estate Veraison, chilled
4 whole peaches, pitted and diced
1 cups raspberries
1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
Fresh mint for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine 2 bottles of Veraison, peaches, raspberries and strawberries in a large container or pitcher
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours
  3. Just before serving, pour in third bottle of Veraison and stir
  4. Serve in glasses, garnished with fruit and fresh mint
