Calvin Scott Henry IV (Scotty) returned to the winery in 1987 after earning a degree in Atmospheric Sciences. While trying to balance raising a young family and working at the winery, Scotty is in charge of all the winemaking duties. He is also responsible for bottling and labeling of all the wine, warehouse inventories and wine competition entries.
